The sixth season of the Guyana Football Federation (GFF) Elite League will officially commence on Sunday, February 25th, at the National Training Centre in Providence.
This was confirmed by an official release from the federation. The event will feature 10 teams. They are: the defending champion, the Guyana Defence Force, the Western Tigers, the Guyana Police Force, the Fruta Conquerors, Den Amstel, Buxton United, Anns’ Grove United, Santos, Monedderlust, and Slingerz.
The duo of Slingerz and Monedderlust earned their place in the competition following their success in the recently concluded Elite League Playoff.
