Dear Editor,
I am an avid reader of your letters’ page. It is what passes for public discourse in Guyana. Mentally I have made a Venn diagram of the regular subjects. The Oil Contract (bad), the Old EPA (good), the NRG (good and bad), ‘Racism’ (Bad) and now the Mahdia COI (Definitely bad and wanting). It is astonishing how many of your regular prolix letter writers fit into the contours of the Venn. Some of them into several of them. Surely intelligent people among the ‘usual suspects’(you know who you are) have more imagination and a need to escape the confines of the Venn. Here’s hoping.
Sincerely,
John ‘Bill Cotton/Reform’ Mair
