The Guyana Police Force yesterday issued a bulletin for a Delices, Canal No.1 Polder, West Bank Deme-rara man in relation to conspiracy to commit forgery.
The police said that Horatio Ignatius Williams is 30. The incident occurred between Decem-ber 1st 2023 and January 15th , 2024 at Ruimveldt, Georgetown.
