Gladwin Joseph called ‘Menty’, a 31-year-old driver was yesterday charged with causing death by dangerous driving on the Citrus Grove Main Access Road, Port Kaituma.
Joseph appeared virtually at the Port Kaituma Magistrate’s Court, Region One before Magistrate Dylon Bess where the charge was read to him. He pleaded not guilty and was placed on $1m bail. The matter was adjourned to March 14 for disclosure.
On January 23, 2024 Joseph was the driver of PYY 8713 that allegedly struck down Julius Andrew Adams in a hit-and-run accident on Citrus Grove Main Access Road, Port Kaituma, Region One.
