Eastveldt edged Vengy by a 1-0 score-line when the Georgetown Football Association Pre-Season Championship continued at the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground in Bourda.
Following a scoreless first-half interval, David George found the back of the net in the 53rd minute to secure the win for the East Ruimveldt-based outfit.
Meanwhile, Black Pearl and GFC battled to a 1-1 stalemate. Joshua Samuel opened the scoring for GFC in the 31st minute. However, Jason Clarke responded in the 47th minute to equalise.
