Kevin Rose and Shawn Moore were yesterday freed by the High Court of the murder of Patrick Fraser, according to a statement from the Office of attorney, Dexter Todd.
Rose and Moore were charged in 2019 with the murder.
The statement said that Rose’s defence was led by attorney, Dexter Todd and Counsel Candaice Adams, of Dexter Todd & Asso-ciates Law Firm. Moore was represented by Kezia Williams. The trial, which unfolded over one week before Justice Priya Seenarine Beharry in which the case was prosecuted by State Counsel Carissa Henry.
The joint charge against the two had stated that on May 9th, 2019, at Bagots-town, East Bank Deme-rara, in the company of others, they murdered Fraser during the course or furtherance of a robbery. Fraser was shot twice in the attack.
