Yansen France, a 35-year-old unemployed resident of Queenstown, Essequibo Coast, was charged on Tuesday 20th February, 2024 with the offence of malicious damage to property.
France is accused of committing the act on the property of Marven Cox, a 47-year-old of Queenstown on Saturday, 17th of February, 2024.
The case was heard at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court, before Magistrate Esther Sam, where the charge was read to the accused. Bail was granted by the court in the sum of $100,000.
The case was adjourned to March 5th, 2024.
