Two thousand Guyanese youths are to benefit from the “One Guyana Digital Initiative”, President Irfaan Ali said on Sunday.
The initiative which was unveiled at the Arthur Chung Conference Centre, Liliendaal is geared at empowering and developing the skillsets of youths who have completed post-secondary education in information technology.
With this post-secondary education and further academic advancement, the nation’s future leaders will be able to carve careers in the arena of technology, President Ali told those gathered on Sunday.
