Dear Editor,
Now that the establishment of the Suriname-Guyana Chamber of Com-merce has been formalized, can we hope for affirmative action on the elusive fishing licenses for our upper Corentyne fisherfolk? Just wondering. It would be a hallmark achievement for the SGCC were this to happen.
