The Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) has selected their U-15
squad for the impending Cricket West Indies (CWI) Rising Stars 50-Over Championship in Antigua and Barbuda from March 24th, with Berbician Adrian Hetmyer appointed as the captain.
This was disclosed in a release from the GCB. According to the correspondence, Hetmyer, nephew of Guyana and West Indies batsman Shimron Hetmyer, will lead the 14-member squad, which comprises Emmanuel Lewis (Vice-Captain), Parmeshwar Ram, Justin Dowlin, Danvir Seegobin, Rovaldo Pereira, Richard Ramdehol, Khush Seegobin, Sohail Mohammed (W/K), Shamar Apple, Brandon Henry, Gilbert Griffith, Jathniel Nurse, and Arif Khan.
Meanwhile, the seven reserve players are Trilok Nanan, Reyaz Latif, Bhomesh Lall, Feeaz Baksh, Kumulchan Ramnarace, Eron Benjamin, and Mickle Sharma.
