Santa Rosa Sharp Shooters of Region #1 became the latest club to gain affiliation with the national federation, Archery Guyana, according to an official release from the governing entity.
The correspondence stated that the newly formed executive committee comprises Chairman and Certified National Coach Carlos Henry, Vice-Chairman Stafon Wilson, Secretary Amanda Daniels, Treasurer Wesley Fredericks, Public Relations Officer Matthew Adrian, Record Officers Caela Rodrigues and Jannel Da Silva, and Equipment Officer Stephan Bacchus.
Archery Guyana President Vidushi Persaud-McKinnon said, “With the formation of the Santa Rosa Sharp Shooters, there is now a structured avenue platform for enthusiasts of all skill levels to engage in the exhilarating sport of archery.”
She further stated, “Under the mentorship of National Archery Coach Henry, I am confident the Santa Rosa Sharp Shooters Club will be committed to nurturing talent, fostering camaraderie, and promoting sportsmanship within the community.”
