Dear Editor,
I would be very grateful if you can publish this information along with picture concerning this existing health hazard at David Street Canal. City Hall needs to investigate what’s causing this blockage. Editor, several calls and emails were made and sent to City Hall to address this disturbing issue affecting residents but to no avail.
