A 26-year-old man of Hibernia, Region Two, died yesterday morning after he reportedly lost control of his motorcycle and ended up in a trench.
Dead is Dinesh Williams.
The incident occurred around 7:30 yesterday morning. At the time Williams was riding around the village.
Public-spirited citizens rushed to his rescue. He was picked up in an unconscious state and rushed to the Suddie Public hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
His sister, Devika Williams, said they received the news via a call from another resident. She said when they rushed to the scene he was unconscious. Williams said the entire family is traumatized by the tragedy. She said that she could not understand what went wrong.
“My brother was a very loving person, and we will surely miss him. He was the best,” the sister said.
Williams’s body is currently at the Suddie Mortuary awaiting a post-mortem examination.
