French Foreign Minister Stėphane Sėjournė has arrived on a visit and it is expected that he will announce that France will open a full-fledged embassy here.
Concurrently, French President Emmanuel Macron is also on South American visits. He was in French Guiana yesterday and is expected to spend three days in Brazil.
