Delah Stewart, a 40-year-old minibus driver of Tuschen New Housing scheme was yesterday placed on $350,000 bail on the charge of causing death by dangerous driving.
He was the driver of a minibus that struck and killed Anita Narine last December. Stewart appeared at the Leonora Magistrate’s Court 2 before Magistrate Alicia George where he was read the charge. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and was placed on $350,000 bail on the condition that he report to the Leonora Police Station every Monday.
