To quote Karl Marx (I’ve read him too) history repeats itself first as tragedy, second as farce! (The Eighteenth Brumaire of Louis Napoleon). The PNC seem to have a problem with voters’ lists, computers and memory devices. A repeating one. There are now plenty of tech savvy youngsters in modern Guyana. Recruit some of them to stop this involuntary memory loss.
