Mackenzie High and Linden Foundation recorded contrasting wins when the 3rd ExxonMobil Linden Schools Football Championship continued yesterday at the Wisburg Secondary Ground.
Mackenzie High downed Harmony 3-0. Azaino Benjamin, Dexter Milo, and Azizi Grant scored in the eighth, 41st, and 55th minutes, respectively.
On the other hand, the Linden Foundation edged Wisburg 2-1. Stephen Johnson and Esan Simon scored in the 35th and 64th minutes, respectively. On target in the loss was Kilan Newland in the 30th minute. The other match days are April 19th, 20th, and 21st, with the final pencilled for April 26th.
