2024 Rebel Tennis Club Championship
Renola Jordan, Christin Richmond, and Gerald Scotland secured
their respective semifinal berths when the 2024 Rebel Tennis Club Championship continued yesterday.
In the women’s division, Jordan thrashed Jamaali Homer in straight sets 6/1, 6/1 in their quarterfinal fixture. On the other hand, Richmond overcame a 5-2 deficit in the third set to defeat Niomi Erskine 6/2, 4/6, 7/6 in their women’s quarterfinal encounter.
Meanwhile, in the men’s division, Scotland defeated Javed Khan 4/6, 6/3, 6/3. The contest was suspended on Wednesday due to poor lighting, with the score locked at 1-1.
