After a lengthy break, the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) 1st Division 2-Day competition will resume today with Demerara Cricket Club (DCC) hosting Transport Sports Club (TSC) at the DCC ground on Lance Gibbs Street, Queenstown, bowling off at 9:30 am.
Meanwhile, the ongoing GCA & Friends of Cricket 2nd Division two-day tournament continues with three matches slated for this weekend.
Transport’s 2nd Division side will host Bel Air Rubis at the Transport Ground from 11 am today while Progressive Foundation Agricola (PFA) will take on DCC’s 2nd Division side at the Queen’s College ground.
Meanwhile Malteenoes Sports Club (MSC) will host Everest at the Malteenoes ground from 11 am as well.
