Police Regional Division 4’C’ today conducted a training session for its ranks on use of the newly acquired body cameras and their functions.
The training was facilitated by the Division’s Information Technology Department and aimed to familiarize ranks with the operational features of the new body cameras, a release from the police said.
This training is part of the division’s ongoing efforts to enhance transparency and accountability in Policing.
Officers were instructed on how to properly use the body cameras and were provided with a comprehensive overview of their functions to ensure effective implementation.
The introduction of body cameras is a significant step towards modernizing Policing practices and reinforcing public trust within the community, the release said.
