Slingerz down Den Amstel in the KFC Elite League

Slingerz bested West Demerara rival Den Amstel to record their seventh consecutive win in the KFC Elite League, prevailing by a 3-0 score yesterday at the National Training Centre in Providence.

The trio of Marcus Wilson, Curtez Kellman, and Ricardo Halley scored in the 22nd, 58th, and 78th minutes, respectively, to secure the victory. The event continues on Tuesday with another round of matches.

Gabriel De Souza (no. 11) is racing into the penalty area while being pursued by a Den Amstel player.
