Persaud tops Group 4 at GMR&SC Circuit Series opener

Vishok Persaud celebrates after going atop the standings in Group 4

Vishok Persaud took the South Dakota Circuit by storm yesterday, securing two first-place finishes and a second to unofficially go top of the Group 4 class after the first round of the Guyana Motor Racing & Sports Club (GMR&SC) Circuit Racing Series.

While Persaud was excellent, his growing rivalry with Mark Vieira produced highly entertaining races to the delight of the motorsport fans at the Circuit.

Persaud and Mark Vieira engaged in an intense battle in the final race of the day, and Persaud needed all of his skills to finish first.
