Tigers maul Conquerors in the KFC Elite League

Western Tigers thrashed Fruta Conquerors 6-0 when the KFC Elite League continued on Tuesday evening at the National Training Centre in Providence.

A second-half offensive blitz highlighted by five unanswered goals by the West Ruimveldt-based unit secured the result after Samuel Garnett had provided the initial first-half breakthrough in the 15th minute.

Trayon Bobb doubled their lead in the 63rd minute, while Jermaine Beckles found the back of the net in the 72nd minute to make it 3-0. Malachi Granum then got into the scoring act in the 82nd minute before Andrew Murray Jr. netted in the 89th minute.
