League leader and defending champion the Guyana Defence Force (GDF) maintained their perfect record in the KFC Elite League, downing Den Amstel 2-0 on Thursday evening at the National Training Centre, Providence.
Following a scoreless first half period, Cedric Osborne broke the deadlock with a 48th-minute conversion. Delroy Fraser then sealed the outcome as he found the back of the net in the 54th minute.
