Fruta Conquerors and Potaro Strikers played to a 1-1 stalemate when the Guyana Football Federation’s (GFF) Women’s Division One League continued on Saturday at the National Training Centre, Providence.
Fiona Gibbs broke the deadlock in favour of the Tucville-based Conquerors unit as she found the back of the net in the sixth minute. However, Potaro would earn a share of the spoils, as Anis Livan etched her name on the scorer’s sheet in the 87th minute.
