Charity commenced their campaign in the Essequibo Coast/Pomeroon Football Association (ECPFA) league in the perfect manner, mauling Tapakuma 7-0 on Sunday at the Anna Regina Multilateral ground.
The lopsided contest was engineered by Enrique Edwards, who recorded a hat-trick. Assisting with one goal apiece were Howard Wilson, Robin Wilson, Enteas Wilson, and Darius Williams.
Also, Dominators defeated Good Hope via walkover. The event continues on Saturday at the same venue with Good Hope opposing Charity at 16:00hrs. On Sunday at the same location, Queenstown United will tackle Tapakuma at 14:00hrs, while Mainstay Goal Stars will face off against Henrietta at 16:00hrs.
