The PNCR today announced the passing of former General Secretary Oscar Clarke.

The PNCR wishes to inform the general public and membership of our Party that we have lost a Stalwart, Mr. Oscar Clarke, CCH, former General Secretary, Senior Minister of Regional Development, Diplomat and loving member of our Party, who passed away today, Wednesday 15th May 2024. The Party is very saddened by this loss. The void he left can never be filled. We wish to extend our sympathy to his wife, children, family, members of our Party and all Guyanese.
