Dear Editor,
I was saddened to hear of the death of Oscar Clarke. He was a good friend and professional colleague for many years. He served his party, his country and specifically the City of Georgetown with excellence and distinction. He was the epitome of a sincere and dedicated politician. He will be missed. My deepest sympathy to his family.
