Dear Editor,
One bad apple corrupts the whole barrel. Is the time not long overdue for the PPP to circle the wagons and withdraw the whip (as they say) from Nigel Dharamlall in the light of recent repeat allegations? With politicians it is usually guilty until proved innocent. Perils of the job.
The PPP might learn from the British Tory Party. At the whiff of scandal, they suspend or withdraw the whip. Currently 17 (yes seventeen) MPs are sitting in Parliaments whipless! Grasp the nettle General Secretary.
Sincerely,
John Mair
