The Linden Utility Services Co-operative Society has been restored to active status after a 10-year period of dormancy.
The reactivation came after an Annual General Meeting (AGM) and General Election on Sunday, May 19, 2024, a release from the Ministry of Labour said.
The AGM and Election were held at the New Silvercity Secondary School, Silvertown, Linden, Region Ten (Upper Demerara-Berbice) under the supervision of Chief Co-operatives Development Officer (CCDO), Janaknauth Panchu.
