Immanuel Barker and Osafa Dos Santos recorded comfortable wins when the Guyana Tennis Association (GTA) Novices Championship continued at the National Racquet Centre on Camp Street and Woolford Avenue.
In the men’s intermediate segment, Barker dismissed the challenge of Akil Gittens by a 6/1 scoreline. On the other hand, Dos Santos defeated Joshua Kennedy in the men’s novices division by a 6-3 score.
The event continues today at the same venue with another round of matches.
