Over $500 million is being invested in the construction of Rif’s Hotel in Henrietta, which is expected to create 35 new job opportunities upon completion by the end of 2024.
Businessman Riyadh Khan, who hails from Henrietta, in Region Two, is overseeing the development through his construction firm, Rans Contracting and Supplies. The construction has so far provided 45 jobs opportunities in the region.
Named in honour of Khan’s father, Ariff Khan, Rif’s Hotel represents the family’s longstanding legacy in the region, transitioning from gas stations and spare parts enterprises to the hospitality sector.
