Demerara Distillers Limited (DDL) is inviting contractors to pre-qualify for the construction of a building in Lethem, Region Nine.
In an advertisement in today’s Guyana Chronicle, DDL said the project entails the construction of a 20,000 square feet single-story concrete and steel building.
The scope of work encompasses site preparation, foundation construction, superstructure erection, roofing, installation of doors and windows, electrical and plumbing works and other related tasks.
