On a night highlighted by several penalty shootout victories, Back Circle, Lodge All-Stars, Taliban, and Back Circle B advanced in the ‘Settlement of All Arguments’ street-ball championship on Friday night at the Mocha Community Centre hard court.
Tournament favourite Back Circle battled past Slugs 2-1 on penalty kicks after full-time ended scoreless.
Similarly, Lodge All-Stars squeaked past Agricola 2-1 on penalty kicks following a 1-1 score at the end of the regulation and extra time interval.
