The teams of Jamal Goodluck and Benjattan Osborne, as well as Kalycia Fraser and Ricky Romascindo, recorded contrasting victories when the Guyana Tennis Association Doubles Championship continued on Tuesday evening at the National Racquet Centre on Camp Street and Woolford Avenue.
In the Men’s Open division, Goodluck and Osborne stormed into the quarterfinal section following a 6/4, 6/1 victory over Aubrey and Christian Younge.

On the other hand, Kalyca Fraser and Ricky Romascindo overcame the duo of Renola Jordan and Gavin Lewis in a marathon encounter that lasted two hours and 26 minutes with a 7/5, 3/6, and 6/2 score in the Mixed Doubles division.
Meanwhile, in the Novices Medley segment, the combination of Tisel Patterson and Kelly Whitehead brushed aside the team of Amanda Jaisingh and Nyjel Sundar 6/2.
