The King’s Hotel and Residence, which is currently being built at Quamina and Waterloo streets, will include a three-storey parking lot that will be located obliquely opposite.
This development follows concerns from netizens about the availability of parking facilities, in response to a report published by Stabroek News in November last year.
During a site visit yesterday, a source revealed to Stabroek News that the space for the parking lot is currently occupied by engineers from the QingJian Group, who are overseeing the hotel’s infrastructure work.
