Sharon Mc Curdy, a 49-year-old teacher of Bachelor’s Adventure, East Coast Demerara, was arrested on 2024-06-06 and charged yesterday with the possession of 31.4 lbs of cannabis.
The defendant appeared at the Vigilance Magis-trate’s Court before Magistrate Fabayo Azore, where she pleaded not guilty, a police release said.
Bail was refused and the case was postponed to 2024-07-03 for report.
