Editor,
It is very sad. The PNCR seem to have an in-built aversion to democratic elections – party and state. It’s simple.
a.You nominate people for office transparently having `sussed’ them out in advance for likely transgressions.(Nigel Farage’s Reform Party and The Green Party are running foul of this in the UK General Election. Both have nominated ‘extremists’)
b.They appear on a ballot paper, engage in hustings and hustling for votes and that is followed by a secret ballot open to all qualified voters..
c.The votes are counted and a winner declared.
Not the science of propulsion, is it? Perhaps Mr Norton might like to call in Gecom or Mr Alexander to supervise this particular election?
Yours,
John ‘Bill Cotton/Reform’ Mair
