Kwakwani barge returns to service

-after 100 hours of work by 39 DHBC staff On Friday, the Kwakwani Barge resumed operations following a collaborative effort between the government and the Kwakwani Neighbourhood Democratic Council (NDC) to address problems with the vessel, the Ministry of Public Works said in a release yesterday.
