Nineteen-year-old Colwyn Nurse of Tucville Terrace, Georgetown, appeared before Chief Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday where he was charged with armed robbery.
It was alleged that on June 14 at Subryanville, while in the company of others and armed with a gun, he robbed Nicolas Jagnandan of one haversack valued $10,000, a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses valued $10,000, and $20,000 cash.
It was also alleged that on June 14, at Blygezight Gardens, he robbed Brandon Fu at knife point of a Samsung cellphone valued $92,000 and $4,500 in cash.
