Three persons, including a 19-year-old, were arrested on Wednesday night during a Police intel-led operation in Georgetown, which led to the recovery of an unlicensed 9mm pistol and two matching rounds of ammunition.
Detectives from the Alberttown Police Station were on ‘mobile patrol’ at around 10:45 pm when they received ‘certain information’. The ranks, acting on the information received, proceeded to Fifth Street Alberttown, where they intercepted a black Allion car bearing registration# HD 6172, which was parked on the northern side of the street, a statement from the police said.
