Ryan Subryan, a 32-year-old construction worker from Bartica, appeared yesterday at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Teriq Mohamed to answer to the charge of sexual activity with a child under 16 years.
Subryan pleaded not guilty and was placed on $100,000 bail, the police said in a press release.
The matter was postponed to 12th July 2024 for disclosure.
