-to be retendered
The contract for the A-Line Pump Station between Versailles and Goed Fortuin, West Bank Demerara which was awarded to Civcon Engineering Contractors has since been terminated and will soon be retendered.
Minister of Agriculture, Zulfikar Mustapha in an interview with the Sunday Stabroek yesterday during a visit to the Adventure Pump Station in Region Six revealed this as he said that “A-Line one in Region Three was terminated and that will be retendered shortly…”
In April, it was announced that liquidated damages were being applied against Civcon Engineering Contractors for failing to complete the construction of the A-Line Pump Station.
