Santos solidified their fourth-place position with a thumping 6-0 victory over Anns Grove when the KFC Elite League resumed on Saturday evening at the National Training Centre, Providence, East Bank Demerara.
It was the eighth victory for Santos, as they were led by a second-half hat-trick from Andrew Simmons in the 66th, 71st, and 90th+1 minutes, respectively. This occurred following conversions from Ryan Dowding and Ian Daniels in the ninth and 25th minutes, respectively. Adding to the score in the 74th minute was Shem James.
