Romario Stoll yesterday appeared before Magistrate Tamieka Clarke at the Suddie Magistrate’s Court where he was sentenced to two years and six months imprisonment, along with a fine of $30,000 for possession of the cannabis known as `Creepy’ for the purpose of trafficking, a release from CANU said.
The man was held in February this year with the foreign marijuana.
Customs Anti-Narcotic Unit (CANU) officers conducted an operation at Walton Hall, Essequibo Coast where they intercepted a motor vehicle driven by Stoll.
