West Indian Tobacco Company Managing Director sent on leave

(Trinidad Guardian) Raoul Glynn, the managing director of West Indian Tobacco Company (Witco), the cigarette manufacturer, has been placed on administrative leave with pay, pending an internal investigation.

 

The action is with effect from June 24, 2024.

 

That’s according to a notice Wednesday on the website of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission (TTSEC).

 

The notice was uploaded to the TTSEC website by Witco at 10:34 am Wednesday.

 

Witco says Hiram Murillo has been appointed as the acting managing director during the investigatory period. His appointment was with effect from June 25, 2024
