National Junior Badminton Championships
Frank Wadell and Xavio Alexander will contest the Boy’s U-19 final, while Leshaunte Berkley and Mishka Beharry will tussle for the Girl’s U-19 crown following their respective semifinal wins last evening in the National Junior Badminton Championships at the National Gymnasium, Mandela Avenue.
Wadell brushed aside Jonathan Debidin 21-6, 21-6, while Alexander thrashed Jonathan Robinson 21-8, 21-9. On the other hand, Berkley bested Malia Haley 21-17, 17-21, 21-16, while Beharry downed Nevaeh Eastman 21-18, 21-5.
