Longing for the genuine Demerara sugar in Lindt Chocolate

Today I had the pleasure of enjoying Lindt Excellence 85% Cocoa Dark Chocolate. The taste notes were pleasant to the palate and lived up to the full-bodied cocoa flavour as advertised. A truly premium product offering from the Swiss chocolatier. Upon reading the ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised to see that ‘Demerara Sugar’ was used. Our country should approach the Lindt & Sprüngli Company to offer them an opportunity to use the genuine product as an ingredient. After all, we are home to the world famous “Genuine Demerara Sugar”. Looking forward to tasting more premium products with our supernal sugar as a key ingredient.
