Citizens Bank, Guyana will conduct a planned system upgrade and maintenance today, July 1, from 5:00 am to 11:00 am. During this period, several customer-facing services will be unavailable to ensure a seamless transition to the new system.
According to a notice posted in the Guyana Chronicle newspaper yesterday, the services that will be affected during the maintenance window are ATM, processing of Visa Debit Card transactions including point-of-sale and online purchases, and Internet banking access.
“We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience as we continue to improve your services,” Citizens Bank said in the notice.
