Owen Accra, who was accused of killing Nair Khan back in 2018, has been found not guilty of manslaughter.
The verdict was delivered on June 25th, 2024, following a trial before Justice Jo-Ann Barlow in the High Court.
The incident in question occurred in February 2018. According to reports, an argument erupted between Accra and Khan, during which Khan allegedly attacked Accra with a knife. A fight ensued, and Khan left the house where the confrontation occurred. He collapsed and died some distance away.
